Information you choose to send us, including business, role and onboarding details. When you request client or talent access we store your name, work email, company and message so we can verify and route your request, and we email you a confirmation link. Access-request records are deleted after 7 days. The public pages do not take payments.
Answers from TalentPool AI are generated by OpenAI’s gpt-6-luna model; your question and the recent conversation are sent to OpenAI to produce each answer. Daily usage limits apply and, when they are reached, the assistant answers from its FAQ instead. Please do not enter NRIC, salary or other sensitive personal data into the AI chat.
We use information to respond, prepare an agreed workforce setup, provide support and billing, protect the service and meet legal obligations.
